Refund Policy

1. Summary

Fiscora is in pre-launch and nothing can be purchased yet. These rules apply to purchases from the moment paid features become available.

  • Premium themes are one-time purchases and are not refundable.
  • Subscription plans are not refundable, including for partial or unused periods.
  • If you cancel a plan, you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account automatically moves to the Free plan.
  • The free calculators and the Free plan cost nothing.

2. Premium themes

A theme is a digital product that is available to you immediately after purchase. For this reason, all theme purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Where a preview is shown, please review it before you buy. Buying a theme for one calculator does not unlock it for other calculators.

3. Subscription plans

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are not refundable, including for partial months, unused time, or features you did not use. If you do not want to be charged again, cancel before your next renewal date.

4. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time. After you cancel:

  • you will not be charged again;
  • you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
  • from the next period your account automatically moves to the Free plan, and the Free plan’s limits apply.

5. If you were charged in error

If you think we charged you by mistake (for example a duplicate charge), email hello@getfiscora.com with the date and amount. We will review it, and if the charge was our error we will correct it.

6. Disputes with your bank

Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider, so we can try to resolve it quickly.
