Terms of Service

1. About these terms

Fiscora (getfiscora.com) is operated by Shahzeb Jan Gondal, an individual based in Pakistan. These terms govern your use of getfiscora.com and any Fiscora services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Status of the Service

Fiscora is in pre-launch. Some features mentioned in these terms and on the website, such as accounts, the finance dashboard, premium themes and subscription plans, are not available yet. These terms apply to each feature from the time it becomes available.

3. Who can use Fiscora

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to create an account or make a purchase. If you use Fiscora for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

4. Calculators and results

Fiscora’s calculators and reports are tools for planning and information. Results are estimates based on the numbers and assumptions you enter. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal or religious advice.

You are responsible for checking results and for decisions you make using them. For important decisions, speak to a qualified professional. This applies in particular to the Zakat and Gold calculators, which use rates that you enter yourself.

5. Accounts

When accounts become available, you must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you enter or upload. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you upload.

7. Premium themes

Premium themes are optional, one-time purchases that change how a specific calculator looks on Fiscora. They do not change calculation results. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use that theme for that calculator on Fiscora, for personal or internal business use. You do not receive the source code or ownership of the theme. How purchases are linked to you and delivered will be shown at checkout.

8. Subscription plans

Paid plans give access to extra features of the finance dashboard. The features and price of each plan are shown on the website when you subscribe.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep paid features until then, and after that your account automatically moves to the Free plan.
• We do not give refunds for subscription payments, including for partial or unused periods. See our Refund Policy.
• We may change plan prices or features. We will tell you before a price change takes effect. A change never affects a billing period you have already paid for.

9. Payments

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, and the provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data;
• probe, scan or test the Service for weaknesses without our written permission;
• disrupt or overload the Service;
• copy, resell or redistribute the Service, its themes or its content, except as these terms allow;
• use automated tools to scrape the site in a way that places a burden on it; or
• upload malicious code, or content you have no right to use.

11. Intellectual property

Fiscora, its name, logo, design, text and software belong to the operator or its licensors. These terms give you only the limited rights described here.

12. Changes, suspension and ending

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we permanently shut the Service down, we will give reasonable notice where we can. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Fiscora at any time; to close an account, email us.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will give notice on the website before it applies. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
